I really like Disqus

I recently restarted this blog, after I started using twitter. I wanted to enable comments and it looked like all the tumblrs out there were using Disqus for comments. Here’s just a quick list of what I like:

1. 2 line integration.
2. Easy to theme with CSS.
3. Lots of options and integrations with other services like Facebook Connect, Twitter, which feeds back to those services driving traffic to your site.
4. Good widgets that summarize comments and also determine popularity not just by absolute comment count but also by time.

Comments have always been a place where good info tends to get trapped. I strongly advise everyone to use these to set these comments free so they follow the commenter all over the web.
